Born on the island of São Tomé and Príncipe, Ney or Neyman, was inspired since a very young age by the soundtracks that circulated his routines.

 

Today he is known in Portugal within the reggae scene, however it was in the production of hiphop, chill and rnb that it all started.

 

In 2009 he founded the band "UrbanVibsz" where he performed on big stages such as "Coliseu dos Recreios", "Meo Sudoeste", "Musa Cascais", "Meo Out Jazz" among many others.
 

In 2017, he decides to take his music career into a new direction emerging as a solo artist under 'Neyman'.

 

During that year he releases his first 'solo' work called “Mad Versions”.

A versatile mixtape more connected to the reggae genre, bringing the vibe of the original Jamaican SingJay sessions , fed with European and also Brazilian productions, these by ZionLab.

 

2020 marks the return to the public with live performances on social media and the release of two songs "Self Control" and "Pipeline".

 

In 2021 produces the "ILOW BEATS" project, a set of 9 instrumental riddims.

Right now, Neyman is preparing the launch of his debut album "(IN)Diferente" which will count with 9 original songs.

 

A 'different' work that will undoubtedly not leave anyone "indifferent".

Musically modern with an old school taste.
